Ray and Iris chose a beautiful Smith Mountain Lake wedding venue for their wedding. It was an intimate wedding with their close family and friends.
It was a New Years Eve wedding, at Smith Mountain Manor, which made it special to be the very last wedding of the year. They started a brand new year being married!
This couple chose to be unique for their wedding. Instead of a DJ, they chose to have a harpist, Hannah White, to perform at their wedding ceremony and reception! It was a very beautiful evening!
It rained most of the day, but surprisingly it wasn’t that cold! Iris was in good spirits and wanted to take on the rain with umbrellas for their wedding portraits, if need be. Luckily, right as it was time for their portraits, it stopped raining long enough to get quite a bit of time outside for pictures! Iris specifically wanted the mountains, that were in front of this beautiful Smith Mountain Lake wedding venue, in some pics and God provided for them! The rain caused fog in the mountains, which made them even more beautiful! Ray and Iris ended the night with a fiber optic wand exit. I thought that was also unique and neat!
Congrats to Ray and Iris!
