Little Otter Flower Farm is starting to advertise for weddings!
This is an exciting time for this cute flower farm! What’s so special about this flower farm? Well, Max! Max is one of the owners of this farm, along with his parents! He has autism and is very talented with floral arrangements. Max’s parents started this farm to help Max with employment, a family business. He has a very strong work ethic, loves color, and has an amazing photographic memory! Once you meet him, he will remember you always!
Virginia Bride Magazine blogger, Elisa, reached out to Max’s family to write a blog piece about his talents. I volunteered to take pictures to help them advertise for wedding florals and for Elisa’s blog piece. Many other vendors volunteered to help Max at Little Otter Flower Farm. Florist Bryan, from Karen’s Florist, trained and mentored Max on how to put together bouquets and other wedding floral arrangements. I came later in the day after the arrangements were made.
It was so much fun working with max and the other vendors! I will list everyone at the bottom of this blog.
I will get to work at the Little Otter Flower Farm again here soon. I will photograph Max getting more training and a styled shoot with a bride model, showcasing his work!
