Family session at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia!
The Roseman family wanted portraits as they are not going to be a family of 3 for much longer! Emily also used this session to get a few pregnancy announcement pictures too. They were the sweetest family. During this session, their son, Mr. Independent, and was not feeling pictures, which can be normal for toddlers! They can be so unpredictable (haha!). So, we ended up letting him lead most of the time! We explored a beautiful trail near the lake and let him play on the playground. They broke out a few of his favorite toys. Overall, we got a lot of great pictures. I can’t wait until their baby comes and we can get a few family of 4 pictures! <3
